Do you think that "world" outside of Texas will vote him out?

Most Western European nations favour single payer and government control of some infrastructure. That doesn't mean they oppose capitalism or they're communists. Far from it.

More than 50 employers, including Petco (PETC) and Kinder Morgan (KMI) have turned to a new concept of giving their workers or retirees money to buy healthbenefits via private online marketplaces known as exchanges.
Mercer, a large employee benefits consultancy, said this week that an additional 33 employers will use an exchange for active employees. In all, Mercer exchanges will have more than 200,000 employees, retirees and their families from 52 employers choosing benefits in 2014.
The move by employers is a significant market trend, said Mercers National Exchange Leader, Eric Grossman.
Ones an outlier, a few may be a passing fad, but over 50 is the beginning of an industry trend, Grossman said.
