As for Texas...what is the old saying? Go south until you smell it and west until you step in it. Runaway profits for oil companies based there (Exxon) and still the #1 state for childhood poverty; sums it up nicely.

Last time I checked those who do buy federal approved health insurance will have a fine imposed upon them.
