Wrong.When a former President, no matter how ignorant he is, can have his free speech rights eliminated what chance do we have?
The doctrine of free speech concerns solely the relationship between government and those governed, not between or among private persons and private entities – such as social media.
Twitter is not ‘government,’ only government has the potential to violate the right to free speech.
Trump’s free speech has not been eliminated by the Twitter ban.
Should Trump be subject to criminal prosecution because of something he says, it’s at that point Trump’s right to free speech is violated.
