But the Kurdish group, known as the Syrian Democratic Forces, or S.D.F., has been the United States’ most reliable partner in fighting the Islamic State in a strategic corner of northern Syria.

Mr. Kiwiman, have you bothered yourself to write President Trump and why your way will prevent war and the current way will not? Please do him this favor.

If your way carries hidden flaws, he may point them out to you and the group that has convinced you his method is not a good one, and you may change your opinion.

However, if you can prove your case beyond the shadow of a doubt that will keep America out of a needless war, I have a hunch the President could take it into consideration for changing his modus operandi in matters of war. This would take the nod from higher-ups in the military whose ear is to the ground in almost every region on the planet.
