Actually, had Goodyear taken the stance that no political garb of any kind was allowed, Trump probably wouldn't have said a thing.

However, Goodyear considers the following "acceptable”:

Black Lives Matter (BLM)
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride (LGBT).

Goodyear considers "MAGA" and "Blue Lives Matter" garb unacceptable.

Now Goodyear, in full-tilt damage control mode, says it completely supports law enforcement, that the training slide from which this comes was not produced or distributed my corporate, yadayadayada.

But just as important is what they don't say: That those responsible have been fired. I've got a cop who lives two doors from me, who says that, until firings are announced, the local Goodyear service center is now on his department's "low priority" list when it comes to which calls need to be answered and how quickly.
