So, we the people impeached Trump in the House, and the Senators, two representing each State, did not remove him from office, by acquittal.

And I would argue that 1 person in Wyoming worth 1 million in California. California for as much as it wastes and costs the US should have negative representation. The senate is a better representation of the people that matter.
