Joe Biden never got any money from the oil company, only his son Hunter did, and that was only while he was on the board. And, it wasn't "billions" as you claimed, because Hunter was only getting 50,000/mo, which is 600,000/year. In order for Hunter to make his first billion, he would have to be with the company for over one thousand, six hundred and sixty six years. Somehow, I don't think he's been with them for over a millenia and a half.
