Trump Indicted

Says the guy that hasn't even read the indictment. Its damning.

And its 43 indictments across at least 2 defendants.
I read the indictment way earlier, faggot. It's accusatory, but here's the thing: Many of those crimes do not apply to former presidents.

There is case precendence for this and a lot of shit is going to get thrown out and then probably the whole thing tossed.

The expression on Kim's face always cracks me up.

You SAID you read the 49 page indictment less than 20 minutes after it was released.

And everyone immediately called bullshit.

Show us the specific exemptions for ex-presidents in 'those crimes' in the USC. If you'd done the research, as you claim you have, this should be trivial.

Its its just another healthy dollop of your normal bullshit in a doc you've never read, we'll get excuses why you can't.

Show your work.

More like the Democrat war on the rule of law. This indictment is garbage. Biden and Clinton did the same thing.

Due process isn't war on the rule of law. Sending frenzied supporters to the capitol where they attacked to prevent the constitutionally required count of the electoral vote?

That's a war on the law.

Jack Smith did exactly what he was supposed to do. He got subpoenas, he collected evidence, he conveyed a grand jury and presented his evidence.

And the grand jury indicted Donald Trump.

A President taking documents is not a crime. It wasn't a crime when Clinton did it and it doesn't seem to matter that Biden had classified documents that he shouldn't have had. Trump's indictment is count layering at it's most ridiculous.

The indictment says otherwise.

I'll stick with the grand jury, federal prosecutors and the special counsel over some poor soul on the internet who insists he know better.

Read the fucking Indictment. It's not about Trump taking documents home with him. Not exactly.

It's about Trump's violation of the espionage act:

(e) Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it;

Trump willfully refused to hand anything over.
Trump tried to hide documents, lied, and more

Special Counsel Jack Smith Has History of Botched Prosecutions of Political Leaders

As Breitbart News reported earlier this week, Smith’s wife, Katy Chevigny, contributed to President Joe Biden and to far-left, antisemitic Rep. Rashia Tlaib (D-MI). She also produced a documentary about former First Lady Michelle Obama.

Here’s the thing the rube cult doesn’t understand - you might think this indictment helps Trump because it rallies Republicans around Trump. But it turns off the swing voters you need to win elections.

You need to dump Orange Jesus and elect a normal person who can win the election, not vote for some lying grifter who doesn’t give a flying fuck about you.
I tell you who it rallies Americans away from, and that's Josef StalinBiden and Democrats.
Show me where a ham sandwich ever committed espionage...

Too stupid for words.

Uh-huh. And how many cases have *you* tried?

Because you're giving me, citing yourself......vs. a veteran prosecutor, his entire legal team and a grand jury.

Its not a difficult pick. For me or the grand jury.

A U.S. President is authorized to retain classified documents and to declassify documents. An archives disagreement is not a crime.

Since when does prosecuting criminals lead to the destruction of the nation? :cuckoo:
When the real criminals are the prosecutors.
You won't have long to wait. The FBI records call Biden a felon and a traitor and the impeachment papers are being drawn up as we speak. All this Trump stuff is just to keep Joe's crimes out of the front page news.
Uhm, about that. How many Democrats in the Senate do you think would do the right thing?

Do keep in mind they've been marching in lockstep since Obama. I think this needs to be Convention of States time

to iron out some deep wrinkles in the fabric of the USA.
