I am actually semi-relieved at these Trump scare tactics...they just prove how scared and desperate Trump is politically. The economy is statistically (though not actually) looking great...yet he/Reps still look bad for next week/2020. So Trump is resorting to desperation....fear. He has no other cards to play.
