Number 1 was Sheriff Clarence Dupnik of Pima county and coming in dead last with ZERO was Pinal county's Sheriff Babeu who actually hid illegals in his garage! Babeu was the guy in the commercial with the political ad with John McCain, with the punch line 'finish the fence'. Pinal county is small and poor but he managed to get them to buy him a Hummer which he would drive a couple of blocks to the cafe for lunch. RWNJs loved him because they thought he was a skin head.
