Trump Removed from Maine Primary Ballot

Due process is still in progress. In CO there was a hearing that Trump had his lawyers at. The judge made a ruling, Trump appealed it to the COSC, they ruled and now it is being appealed higher. That is the very fucking definition of due process.

In Maine the SOS received challenges to Trump being on the ballot by citizens of the state. The SOS then reviewed all the information and made a ruling, as is the job of the SOS. That ruling is now being appealed. Once again, the very fucking definition of due process.
The point you are obviously missing is that anyone who tries things like this knows their ideas and platforms suck and
are scared to death of, or want to suppress anyone saying anything about it.

Kinda like Stalin and The Nazis, ya know? :dunno:

No such legislation is required. You need to prove that there’s legislation making the CO ruling illegal.
The 14th gives only one entity the power to enforce it, Congress.

You lose again, loser.

No, that's the stupid shit you made up to soothe yourself. You're looking for the bright side of the orange pile of shit being an insurrectionist criminal.

Sorry. There isn't one.

Show us where it says Congress is the only entity allowed to legislate on the matter. The state may create rules, as long as they don’t conflict with federal law. So, cite the law.

Liar.

You know less than nothing about any of this and are making stupid shit shit up as you go.

Why anyone bothers doing anything but laughing at your blind bull in a China shop act is beyond me.

I will post it again for the single digit IQ types like you, Simp.

Tell me how many entities it gives the right of enforcement:

Section 5

The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

Anyone else listed, Moron?

Unresponsive. You get the system bass ackwards. It does NOT say the states are excluded from legislating on the matter.
