A person is suing Trump for an unwanted kiss....this is a fact and this is what the WaPo reported. Neither I nor the WaPo has made any comment on the validity of the suit, just that it is happening.

The WaPo also reported that she had told her parents about it and they corroborated that claim. That is also a fact. Whether it holds up in the law suit is a different matter and one that the WaPo did not comment on, they just reported the facts.
