Trump Trade Agreement A Grand Slam Home Run

Mexican and Canadian currency soars as a result of an agreement.

So for the libtarded left, this means Mexico's and Canaduh's purchasing power goes up and our products become cheaper in their country. They can buy more for less and we can sell more there for a profit.

But really any one with a brain knew this in advance and Trump had to drag these idiots kicking and screaming to do what was best for all three of our countries.

Hint, libtardos, Capitalism is forcing Socialism in to doing the smart thing for everyone.

The Mexican peso and the Canadian dollar are ripping higher after the new NAFTA deal

You do realise that this has to get approved by congress--right? So other than changing the name from NAFTA to googglly glop glop (something we would never remember) which is basically what Trump did--it's got a long way to go yet.
Trump can't withdraw from NAFTA without a 'yes' from Congress
History lesson: More Republicans than Democrats supported NAFTA

Well, petunia, then the economic benefits for all three countries reverses course and everyone in these three countries suffer for their lack of economic prowess.

You're probably one of those stupid libtardos who think economic success is a bad thing.

You macroeconomic ignoramus.

The reason the Loonie soared was because the deal was GOOD FOR CANADA.

And the Loonie was MUCH higher against the Canadian dollar in March and January then it is now...before Trump started this trade crap.

I strongly suggest you stop talking about this stuff...because you seem utterly clueless about it.

Ya, right, idiot. That's why the U.S. stock market soared at the same time and the 10 year Treasury sold off big time.

Lower dollar, we sell more exports, other currencies higher, they have more purchasing power.

We don't call you libtards for no reason.

The US Stock Market--your barometer--went up 149% under the 8 years of Obama with NAFTA and the supposedly strangling regulations of his administration. It is doubful Trump will see 100% doubling much less 149%.
You know absolutely nothing about economics, jackass.

Because, basically, nothing's changed. Oh, some auto conditions, which may push manufacture of smaller vehicles out of the US, some IP restraints developed by Obama's administration for the TPP, some dairy with Canada, some environmental and labour with Mexico, and not until 2020 or so. Big deal.

Oh, the name, right, fair enough. 'Now it's a brand new deal.' What a doofus.
Ya know... I'd never post something as STUPID as you just did... really.. I mean don't you worry about people knowing how STUPID you are?

Why did you post something STUPID. We know you are STUPID because all Trump supporters are STUPID.
My God... you're so fucking dumb you couldn't even be original. You had to copy as much of my post as you could. You obviously aren't smart enough to scratch your own tits.

Take a break, bubble head, I think you just overloaded your insect brain... you idiot democrat twit.

You are so stupid that you are nothing but a monkey who learned a little about reading and writing. You don't even know where your own ass is located so blow it out your asshole if you can find it.

Take your Russian ass and take a break because you have to find your brain you idiot Trump sexual assault supporter.,

He is right, basically nothing changed with the new agreement. A 12.5% rise in parts from North America in cars, 40% of an automobile must be built by people making more than 16 an hour and we get access to 3.5% of the Canadian dairy market, which is less than a half a billion dollars in sales for US dairy farms.

None of the automobile changes are enough to bring jobs back to the US and the dairy concession will not even register on the radar of the economy.

I would disagree. A lot of the cars made in Mexico are cars that have very small margins of profit. The increased cost to build the automobile means that either the cars will have to be made outside of North America and imported into the US or if that is not feasible the production will end. It will cause sales for American auto parts dealers to fall. It could also make it harder for lower or lower middle class workers to find inexpensive cars.

Seriously, how ignorant must one be to think that the new agreement is nothing more than NAFTA with a new name? Honestly. People will dig their own head so deep into the sand that they suffocate just to not credit Trump for doing the best job of any president in modern history on a huge number of fronts.

Nearly as ignorant as the many commenting economists who think it NAFTA with a few minor tweaks.

Trump does not think big government debt spending is an issue. Trump just increased the deficit by 91% in a single year, the second largest increase ever.

The jump in the deficit between FY 2017 and 2018 is the single biggest increase to the deficit in a single year dollar wise...ever.

Oh, and the new agreement is just NAFTA with a few tweaks and a pretty new name.

Don’t know if you saw it or not but I was curious…how do you enforce how much auto workers in Mexico are being paid?

You rely on the companies to report it accurately.

He does indeed care about the deficit. Congress writes the budget, not the president. He could veto it, but doing so is just symbolic. It won't actually do anything with the paper thin republican congress margins.

Unlike Obama, who gleefully signed off on the doubling our debt, Trump speaks publicly constantly about how terrible these spending bills are and has called repeatedly for them to be thrown out.

Well Trump is creating big government debt spending, whatever that is.

Trump tells you sheep what you want to hear, I go by actions not words.

His actions show he does not give a rats ass.

Did you not even read what I wrote? What action is he supposed to take when he, by constitutional mandate, isn't the one to write the funding bills? The guy campaigns endlessly on reducing the deficit and does his best to convince voters and congressional leaders to reduce the budget deficits. He's doing all that he can. It's not his fault you only follow fake news and listen to lies.

His actions show that he cares a great deal about the economy, which is why people are better off today than they have been in over a generation. That's just less than 2 years into his 8 years also. He's already out performed Reagan and reversed much of the damage dealt by Bush and Obama. Unfortunately, he has little control over the retardation of congress.

He keeps asking for more spending on a wall. You are really delusional.

As you pointed out, he can veto it. What are the chances of the veto being overridden with the razor thin margin in Congress? Slim I would say, then they have to come back with something better.

You are like most of the Trump sheep, you are won over by smooth words and pep rallies. I am won over by actions.

He submitted a budget request to congress ,was it smaller or larger than the one from the previous year? Do you even know?

If he cared about the debt, he would not have pushed through tax cuts that reduced revenue without demanding spending cuts.

For FY-18, the three months before the tax cut we were adding $2,692,377,671 to the debt each day on average.

For the 9 months after the tax cut we added 3,748,935,609 to the debt each day on average.

That is an average of $1,056,557,938 per day that was added to the debt as a direct result of less revenue.

That is not the actions of a man that gives a shit about adding to the debt.

The only thing he has out preformed Reagan on is adding to the debt, Trump oversaw the single largest one year increase in the deficit in the history of our country when the FY ended on Sunday.
