No, it isn't. This guy is not responsible for immigration enforcement:Not asking is not a violation. Not telling or cooperating can be but not, not asking...Sanctuary cities aren't illegal. it's not illegal to not tell what you didn't ask in the first place.NAFTA is a Treaty.
To get rid of the Treaty it would have to go through the process to revoke it.......................
To stay in the Constitutional legal bounds......................
Funny thing is that Mr. Paint here brought it up while supporting a pen and a phone idiot in chief................who violates the laws as he pleases................
To cities who openly violate our immigration laws..........via sanctuary cities..................
We can build the walls.............YES WE CAN BITCHES........
We can force labor laws to include the e-verify system..........
We can cut off all aid to mexico.............
And under current ICE laws we can return to sender millions of illegals.
Only a moron would claim they aren't illegal. They are a clear violation of federal law.
They do a lo more than not asking. Furthermore, they are required to report any illegals they apprehend to the feds, so "not asking" is a violation.

And he can be told, legally, not to ask.
