I'm not drinking the "tax cut" Kool Ade. The top tax rate needs to increase to cover the Budget Deficit. Its beyond serious. I'd even support a Federal Sales Tax to cover the Deficit.

The problem is no matter how much you give congress it will never go for reducing the debt. They will find a way to overspend any amount. If not for more welfare benefits, then for free healthcare, or having green wind turbines in a cave in Costa Rica.
