Most transmission lines are 66 KV (Kilovolts). In the mid-eighties, I helped Pacific Bell and K&B Engineering, as a strand mapper and field engineer, when they first constructed the plant for cable tv in East Palo Alto, Palo Alto, Atherton, Portola Valley and Menlo Park.
