Then it has always been so. The SCOTUS, when it was pretty liberal, seemed to disagree with the majority of the public for decades.But when people disagree with their interpretation of the constitution, the sup ct just becomes another pol institution
Yet, it is only now, when the left's ability to get their way through judical fiat is gone, are we now undermining the Institution through politics.
