U.S. Supreme Court erects barricades before Ruling Nears Announcement

But when people disagree with their interpretation of the constitution, the sup ct just becomes another pol institution
Then it has always been so. The SCOTUS, when it was pretty liberal, seemed to disagree with the majority of the public for decades.

Yet, it is only now, when the left's ability to get their way through judical fiat is gone, are we now undermining the Institution through politics.

Im as pro choice as they come and RvW was a load of shit.
What some of these states are going to do is going to be HORRIBLE though.
Forced gestation is TYRANNICAL

No, its a matter of political interpretation, if you would bother to consider what it says in the face of historical records.

The righ to kill babies has never existed and it should never exist.
It really doesn’t matter what you believe. The government has the blood of millions of dead Indians on its hands.

What do the necessity of barricades for a SCOTUS decision say about us as a nation?
.

Banana Republic ... Seriously, they do the same thing in some third world South American countries and the Caribbean.
It's what happens when the government has started losing control over the people they govern.

That is a two-way street. It doesn't really matter what you belifeve of the US goverment. The topic is the killing of children in the womb being enshrined into law and its rightful elimination.

In the womb is all you people care about. Once they are born you could care less what happens to them.

And its going to get worse as early term abortion becomes less available.

And that's assuming they don't fuck (irony) with contraception and gay rights.
I believe the Roe v. Wade ruling was about one abortion, and was neither about contraception nor gay rights.

As abortion ruling nears, U.S. Supreme Court erects barricades to the public

Do you think Roe v. Wade is on the brink?

This will save over more than a half million unborn children in this nation alone, and some other countries may follow.

Will dissenting politicians get on the gospel train if the court rules in favor of life for the unborn in the USA? Will Joe Biden claim victory for life to appease the Pope or will he just shut up?

What say you?

I'm feeling lucky for God's children!
Since 1973, funny how you miss that number. It will go back to the states. Either the SC got it wrong or this SC gets it wrong, both republican majority.

I say this SC gets it wrong to send it back to the states.

SCOTUS doesn't exist to satisfy the people. Their job is determine whether or not a law is Constitutional
Not always. Abortion, gay faux marriage, and numerous 2nd Amendment infringements are examples of the court working against the Constitution.

Disturbing.

But not as disturbing as allowing abortion to begin with.
Actually, the necessity of barricades explains America's fall into wrongful birthing practices of using a medical need to save a mother's life has morphed into a murder schema of shameful death of the unborn on a mass scale. The million infants who are murdered and dismembered so that mommie dearest will have a comfortable time as a crime against her own child is barberously brain-hammered, sucked, and painfully killed whilst being dismembered. Teaching murder to women is anathematic to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The pursuit of fornication with no responsibilities was never the aim of Roe v. Wade, but alack and alas, it became the outcome of abortion.

That's what got them into trouble with Roe in the first place.
At the time of the framers, abortion laws only applied after the fetus quickened. The BoR didn't specifically mention abortion. Conservatives argued Obamacare was unconst because the constitution didn't specify the govt could tax what people did not do.
