I couldn’t care less about your shallow, petty, little, narrow-minded “question.” It is of no consequence. Let me give you an example. If the right to life is dependent upon a particular stage of development, then why worry about viability? Why worry about the first breath outside of the mom’s body. Why not make it dependent on puberty? Or, gray hair? People can snuff people before puberty or before they’re eligible for social security because it ain’t “murder” if it ain’t a “life” based on some random-ass arbitrary line of demarcation!

Besides. As we all have come to appreciate. There are privacy issues involved. If we can’t commit a murder an abortion in the privacy of our own homes, then what meaning does our 4th Amendment even have?
