RELATED: College student seeks to have racist slur charge erased 21-year-old Ryan Mucaj is expected to enter a plea. Not for Racial slurs or bullying etc, but the huge slippery slope is attempted to be traversed here, and with what is known about the Democrats today, nothing can be trusted in these new lines being crossed.

Look the bottom line folks, is that people are going to always seperate under all sorts of personal lines and choices made. The country has always been able to accommodate this therefore protecting ideologies, cultures, groups etc.

Yes, it is most likely an unconstitutional state (Connecticut) law that is rarely enforced as written or when it is is generally plea bargained out, it hasn't been challenged at the Federal Level so this repugnant suppression of free speech on the alter of political correctness (aka "racial ridicule" law) is still on the books. This law is akin to a Bible Belt State passing a law that prohibited ridiculing Christians, in which case the same authoritarian, dickweeds that support this Connecticut law would go apeshit.
