I think one could make a decent case for that, especially if it's currently engaged in genocide and persecution. But it would be wrong to regard it as the same kind of ideology as Zionism.

Hamas have made that offer before, last October, but Nazinyahu refused, it was dismissed by the IDF. Israel opted to bomb Gaza, that was their choice, their preference over and above getting every hostage out.
