Of the cases referred to SCOTUS 61.1% get overturned, but the 2nd, 5th, 6th & 10th have higher rates.

The 9th Circuit Court is recognized as the most Liberal and most liberal activist court in the US. Declaring the 9th Circuit Court's rejection of Trump's EO means it is 'Un-Constitutional equates almost to the idea that Brussels Sprouts are nasty and extremely bad for you based on my soon-to-be grandson's rejection of them at the dinner table.

Again, the 9th Circuit Court is notorious for its overturned decisions. If it was almost any other Court I wouldn't have much of a problem with it.

I don't see how judges THAT BAD with that much power are allowed to remain Federal Judges....another reason for ending 'Life-time appointments'.

If the USSC reviews your cases and finds you WRONG in 80% of the cases you should be FIRED!

Actually the 9th gets it correct it is the higher courts that are wrong. Perhaps a bit fewer of the can't servative judges should be dis barred.
