The State Supreme Court, will eventually lose because she said no to the LOCATION of the event, but was willing to sell him the flower arrangements and such, as long as HE takes them there. She didn't want to be involved in the wedding location and the setting up of it, it was crossing the line in her mind. She never fought against his rights to the wedding or be a gay man, just didn't want to support it.

She knew the man for several years PRIOR the wedding year of 2013, knew he was Homosexual, but always sold him the flowers and arrangements he asked for, even gave him a free carnation or two over time. They got along despite the divide over his orientation, he had considered her a friend. It was HIS lover who complained about Barronelle's refusal to support the wedding, specifically the delivery and setting up of the wedding site.

SCOTUS turned it down the first time, they will squash it the next time, the State Supreme Court are crossing the line on this, they are acting like idiots in the process.
