Unintended consequences of the right wing mantra of "fake news"...

An interesting and thorough study by a leading Ivy League institution, shows the unintended and unexpected consequence of right wingers' (including Trump) moronic mantra of calling anything that they don't like, "fake news" ......Or the inane label that the orange clown gave mainstream media, calling it the "enemy of the people" when such outlets criticized his very thin skin.

A report, published by the Columbia Journalism Review, does an excellent job of laying out the challenge posed by Breitbart and its ilk, it is less than clear on how to counter it. Successfully standing up for truthful reporting in this environment “could usher in a new golden age for the Fourth Estate,” the authors write. But members of the public who care about such journalism are already flocking to news organizations like The New York Times, The Washington Post, and, locally, The Boston Globe, all of which have experienced a surge in paid subscriptions since the election of President Trump. That’s heartening.

A Major New Study Shows That Political Polarization Is Mainly A Right-Wing Phenomenon

Stunning.

The cited research assumes as it's premise that traditional media outlets are not politically polarized.

The level of arrogance and lack of self awareness of liberals is just beyond the imagination of a mortal mind.

If the was a work of fiction, it would be crushed by critics as unbelievable, to make the villains such one dimensionally stupid evil.

The problem is that CNN and the New York Times check their stories for impact on the party; accuracy is not only not a consideration, but a hinderence. The leftist propaganda exists to further the demise of America and to foment the establishment of a socialist authoritarian state. Reporting facts not only is not the agenda, it is not even a consideration of the little Goebbels of the MSM.
What does Trump need with the MSM when he has people like you distributing fake news for him?!?! :laugh2:

Apparently "polarized" means someone is finally contesting the ceaseless onslaught of leftwing propaganda.

Let's hear it for polarization!
