The country would be bound to the rule of law via the constitution as it is written, not as LOLberals interpret it. The government would have absolutely no say in economic matters what so ever. The federal government would be small enough to drown in a cereal bowl. Currency would be determined by market participants, not by the federal governments central bank. Monetary inflation via the printer would be outlawed and any one who advocated it would be resigned to the bowels of fringe groups where they can speak as loud as they want but no one would listen.
Marriage adn abortion would be a state issue and never arrive at the federal level. Ultimately, even the states wouldn't participate in people's relationships at all. Education would be left to communities and states.
