No child with a gun is dangerous until the child acts out and becomes dangerous with his gun. The school should have no right to interfere with the child's 2nd. amendment rights.

Those rights only become somewhat questionable if the child brings his gun(s) to school. But then only questionable until he acts out with his guns.

"Forewarned" might be an exaggeration. A law suit alleges that a text message should have alerted school officials. Wouldn't you think whoever had knowledge of a six year old with a gun would have intercepted the kid or raced to the school? Follow the money trail and it seems that NBC might be creating a scenario without having all the facts.
