Well yes states don’t have that ability, have for years. States have police powers and can regulate medical car for example, they can also outlaw drugs for example, making it illegal for a woman to put cocaine in her body if they want

No federal law , turns out lots of state laws. This is just getting started. Calledy state's attorney general's office and they agreed if felons can't vote they definitely can't run for office. But it's already going through the courts to change that law here. Why ? Because of trump. How pathetic !
