Considering most of your bullshit only requires one line to refute, it's not much of an effort.
Yet you keep losing your shit.
Not at all. Passion in the face of evil is not a vice.

oooh, I'm "evil" now because I think that government should protect consumers and workers.. got it.
The poor rich people, the poor dears don't have a thing.
No, you are evil because you want to use government to make people conform to your worldview OR ELSE.
As well as you being a fucking liar.

As opposed to just letting people with power and money abuse people without it.
Yes, the most horrifying thing to a plutocrat (or plutocrat apologist) is a fair fight.
yes a small bakery is "money and power". What a lame fucking excuse.
And the fight wasn't fair, but in the government's direction. It's all part of your jerk-off fantasies of government crushing anyone you don't like.

It was an absolute fair fight. The bakers were warned, "You cant' do this", and they instead chose to escalate the issue by orchestrating a hate campaign against the people who complained about them.
That's why they got crushed.
If they apologized when this happened, there would have been no problem.
Again, you don't see the injustice of getting crushed for not baking a cake.
No Apologies, not one step back. Once you bring some government twats into the fight, it's over being nice.

No, I don't see the injustice of you being crushed after you promised to perform a service and THEN were abusive to the customer. And while normally, I would have been just fine with the community putting these mutants out of business (which is what they did), their behavior was so egregious with organizing the hate campaign against the Cryer-Bowmans that an additional sanction was called for.
No Apologies, not one step back. Once you bring some government twats into the fight, it's over being nice.
Well, that worked out well for Mr. Wifebeater. He went from being "Cuckold Loser having to work for his wife in a bakery" to "Toast of the Christian Right".
Kind of sucked for her, though. Spend years building a business, and your stupid loser husband who can't get a job like a real man destroys it in one afternoon. That kind of sucks.
So you think it's okay that Mr. Wifebeater organized a hate campaign against this couple including the threatening of their children with disabilities? Because, gosh darn, they complained to the government!!! How dare they?
Um, was someone talking about "evil" earlier?
Keep explaining away government tyranny. We all know its solely based on your own hatreds.

Guy, it's not tyranny, it's the law that a majority thought was pretty sensible. If the Wifebeaters don't want to do business with icky gay people, they probably shouldn't be soliciting their business.
No, it's tyranny, but since you hate the people it affected you don't have a problem with it.

No, it's sensible laws. I can't discriminate against Christians, they can't discriminate against gays. It's more than fair.
Now, if it were okay for me to discriminate against Christians and it was agaisnt the law for them to discriminate against gays, then you might have a point.
Sensible would be making them put a sign up, or a notice on their webpage. Ruining them is not sensible.
If PA laws were properly applied you could as long as it wasn't a point of sale transaction or an attending function open to the general public.

They were applied properly. The Kleins solicited their business, and then refused it to them when they found out they were gay. (Actually, Mrs. Klein already knew they were gay, it's her husband who freaked out.)
Trying to carve out loopholes just means that you will keep expanding the loophole.
Here's the loophole that should exist. If Mr. Wifebeater is so insecure about gay people, then he needs to do something for a living where he won't encounter that.
A contracted business is not a public accommodation. sorry.

To bad the State of Oregon found otherwise, and slapped the wifebeater with a $134K fine.
