School with 160 annual budget sees kindness from strangers
Anna Lane Lingelbach Elementary, a public school in Germantown, began the academic year with a discretionary budget of $160: 40 cents to spend on each needy student.
The federal government allocated approximately $141 billion on education in fiscal year 2014. And i can't understand... Where's money?
Why, with such spendings on education we have the situation like that? 40 cents for one kid... 40 CENTS!
