For example, when we watch the video of the hallway where Ashlie Babbitt was shot and killed, there were just 2 cops holding the door that lead to more hallway behind the speakers podium.
Those 2 cops had total control.
No one was harming them and they never allowed anyone past.
The window next to the door was smashed out, but they prevented anyone from entering.
It was only AFTER the cops suddenly stopped protecting that doorway, and stepped 20 feet away from it, that Ashlie then tried to enter the window and was killed.
So then no, the protestors clearly did not "smash" their way in.
