This OP opposes Maxine Waters' call for harassment of GOP admin officials. If anyone is injured or assassinated, Maxine should be arrested for her encouragement of violence toward GOP/Trump supporters. Steve Scalese was shot by a Bernie Sanders supporter, what will happen next?
Rep. Maxine Waters encourages supporters to harass Trump administration officials
This OP also opposes the stalking and harassment of GOP workers out in public, such as airports or restaurants. DC needs to create or enforce "menacing" laws to protect people from beeing harassed:
Menacing by Stalking. ... Section 2903.211 of the Ohio Revised Code explains menacing by stalking more specifically. This offense can be classified as either a first degree misdemeanor or fourth degree felony. A first degree misdemeanor is punishable by up to $1,000.00 in fines, 180 days in jail, or both.
(a) A person commits the crime of menacing if, by physical action, he/she intentionally places or attempts to place another person in fear of imminent serious physical injury.
Disorderly conduct is a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $150. Aggravated disorderly conduct is a misdemeanor in the fourth degree, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $250.
Public order. Disturbing the peace is a crime generally defined as the unsettling of proper order in a public space through one's actions. This can include creating loud noise by fighting or challenging to fight, disturbing others by loud noise, or using profanity.
