1) no they weren't. Stop making up nonsense.The books were already open.
2) The charges are that they kept two sets of books
The only way they can figure it out is if the books were open to them.
There is nothing past this, and even this is sketchy with regards to actually getting a conviction.
2 years and this is the best they could come up with?
