If you didn't know, welfare strongly encourages women to get rid of their husbands. If they do get rid of the men in their lives, they collect a lot more money.
Many say this has broken families, particularly minority families, apart, leading to things like higher crime and dropping out of school, teen pregnancy, etc.
A father can make a difference in a family.
So why don't we pay welfare families more money if there is a father in the home?
