That will be so reassuring to the people in Alaska. At the moment you have to ask yourself the following question. Do the rewards outweigh the risk? The risk is that N-Korea is suicidal and decides to attack and will subsequently gets turned into a radioactive crater. The reward is that the US removes Kim Jung Un. Pisses of China and is saddled with another long foreign deployment without a clear exit strategy, providing Kim Jung Un decides not to go down in a big ball of glory.List of nuclear weapons tests of North Korea - Wikipediaaccess to nuclear weapons? My fear is that he will one day wake up and decide he can handle N-Korea. The reason it hasn't been handled yet is that, one he has access to ICBM's and nuclear weapons and two he's backed by China. Trump handling N-Korea could quite easily escalate into something the world can't handle..
The Big Orange Idiot says, “We’ll handle North Korea.”
When he says, “we,” who is the “we” he speaks of?
Big Orange certainly cannot be including himself. He can’t “handle” his staff, so he has no hope of “handling” Kim Jong-un.
Kim Jong-un was groomed by his father to be the ruthless leader of North Korea, while Big Orange is nothing more than self-promoting grifter. Big Orange is a buffoon, and there isn’t a world leader who does not know this.
The Big Orange Idiot has proven again and again he is out of his league if he tries to “handle” anyone who is more intelligent than a garden slug. This explains how he was able to “handle” those who voted for him.
No worries: Trump promises to ‘handle’ North Korea

And still he believes he can "handle" North Korea.
.
Plus the platform of ICBM's. The combination of nuclear weapons and ICBM's is kind of risky to provoke don't you think.
Now make a list of America's nuclear arsenal and compare....
There is no reduction risk by doing nothing. We've tried that and it's failed.
If we do nothing we will be held hostage by North Korea. We will eventually lose South Korea and we will still have the same nuclear threat hanging over our heads.
The longer we wait, the worse things get.
