McCain isn't the first US Senator to keel over dead.
Senator McCain made it crystal clear, while he was alive, he wanted no participation by President Trump or his administration in his funeral. His family concurred, and McCain was still of sound mind when he gave his directions. It would be beyond rude for President Trump to impose himself on the senator's funeral mass. This is a "damned if he does, damned if he doesn't" thing for the President. The libs were complaining no matter what Trump did.
