Obstruction of justice can be an issue of intent based on subjective and circumstantial evidence. What do you think it is?

Obstruction of justice is a specific intent crime. Mueller knows this even if you don't.

Reckless and negligence are not specific intent, they are general intent. Hence, obstruction can be outside the definition of specific intent.

Knowing about Podesta being hacked isn't a crime. Nor is having ties to Russia or concealing them... not that you've proven ANY of that. You need evidence of some criminal wrongdoing and you don't have any. NADDA!

And Trump U is a done deal now. The case is over. It wasn't a scandal and there is no "prosecutor" ...it's a special counsel. You have to have a crime to prosecute for there to be a prosecutor. Again, you have no crime.
