What exactly is the point of investigating Planned Parenthood anyway?

So it's impossible for the DOJ to find something, AND act on it?

There is no Department of Justice in the US and hasn't been for comin' up on 7 years. There is only a thoroughly compromised department with the name, which bears no means to serve justice due to the Relativism that the cult in power presently serves.

Ya see scamp, Relativism is the doctrine which holds that knowledge, truth, and morality exist only in relation to one's cultural, societal, historical and personal context and, as such, can never be the result of soundly reasoned absolutes.

It is through this perversion of reason; wherein relativism axiomatically rejects the very existence of objectivity; which is essential to truth, that we find that such precludes the means for Left-think to serve justice.

With truth being essential to trust and, both: truth and trust being critical to the establishment of a soundly reasoned morality and, because a soundly reasoned morality is essential to Justice... it becomes clear to reasonable people, that Relativism can never serve justice.

Say the investigations are allowed to find something. Then what? Honestly, what do people expect to happen if further evidence of criminality comes to light? Do people honestly think there's any way in hell that any Obama governed DOJ - regardless of who's attorney general - is actually going to prosecute someone from that side? Honestly? There's more chance of the CMP people getting hit with a real (or more likely a laundry list of fabricated) crime(s) than that.

The point is to expose the Deceit FRAUD and Ignorance that comprises the EVIL THAT IS the Ideological Left... .

LOL, such a strong argument ^^^, well researched, documented and proved with clear and convincing evidence. How much more ridiculous can any member of the crazy right wing become?

Well, there is Rabbi(t) and Crusader - who never served - Frank, 2aguy and M14 shooter. At least Keys is not alone in his mania.
So it's impossible for the DOJ to find something, AND act on it?
It is when it touches on something this politically sensitive. Do you really think that they're going to be allowed to take that case? Honestly? I mean, they can't even prosecute in the torture case. Do you really think they're going to be allowed to touch a Democratic cash cow like that?
Yes, I do.

I'm just not a big conspiracy guy

Arrests, prison and cutting off governrment money for killing babies.......perhaps those things?

So... That doesn't really explain what people hope to get out of forcing investigations. The first possibility is that nothing will be found. Maybe it'll get cleaned up. Maybe that particular facility didn't do that sort of work. There's always a chance that nothing will come out of it legitimately. Obviously nothing's gonna happen because everything was clean. The second possibility is that something is found. Maybe a whispered conversation is inadvertently recorded. Maybe some form of physical evidence gets dug up. It's not like anything's going to happen in this case either. The worst case scenario for the White House and PP is that the far right media picks it up for a while before getting distracted by some other scandal. The only legal action that's going to be taken will be against the whistle blowers who started this whole mess to begin with.
I'm still trying to understand what the crime would be.

The narrative is "trafficking baby body parts"

Which gives the impression Planned Parenthood has a secret shadow division that acquires baby parts in some horrific and illegal way, ...

Fixed that for ya.
Okay, please finish the sentence:

The way Planned Parenthood acquires fetal body parts is unthical because........

This is the question of them getting more $$ for each sample than the cost of procuring it.

There is the question of them changing extraction procedures to get better tissue samples.

There is the question of them taking and selling samples without the consent of the patient.

Any of of those is illegal.

I wouldn't call it a conspiracy. I would call it the obvious reason nothing is going to happen in this case. It's gonna get dropped. Daleiden et all are going to need to lay low. The doxxing and counterattack has already started. The best thing they can do right now is get themselves and their families out of the line of fire.

They're selling viable body parts of Pre-born children that they advertise as INVIABLE CLUMPS OF CELLS... thus, they have misrepresented the PROCEDURE, THE PURPOSE AND WHOLLY MISREPRESENTED THE EXERCISE TO BE SOMETHING THAT IT IS NOT!

Meaning that the entire "Planned Parenthood" exercise, is a LIE.

"Ethical": of or relating to moral principles or the branch of knowledge dealing with that which is morally good or correct; honest, open and straightforward; avoiding activities or organizations that injure or otherwise do harm to people... .

Any questions?

I heard Hannity make the same arguement that basically says anything Obama does is from a negative standpoint. It goes like this.

Obama wont prosecute anyone for this! AND IF HE DOES it'll only be because he's forced to.

See? Make not doing something and doing something both bad things. So whatever side Obama falls on would be the result of nothing good

Well let's count 'em up... and this is just first in the list from the google search "Obama Scandals":

1. IRS targets Obama’s enemies: The IRS targeted conservative and pro-Israel groups prior to the 2012 election. Questions are being raised about why this occurred, who ordered it, whether there was any White House involvement and whether there was an initial effort to hide who knew about the targeting and when.

2. Benghazi: This is actually three scandals in one:

  • The failure of administration to protect the Benghazi mission.
  • The changes made to the talking points in order to suggest the attack was motivated by an anti-Muslim video
  • The refusal of the White House to say what President Obama did the night of the attack
3. Watching the AP: The Justice Department performed a massive cull of Associated Press reporters’ phone records as part of a leak investigation.

4. Rosengate: The Justice Department suggested that Fox News reporter James Rosen is a criminal for reporting about classified information and subsequently monitored his phones and emails.

5. Potential Holder perjury I: Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress he had never been associated with “potential prosecution” of a journalist for perjury when in fact he signed the affidavit that termed Rosen a potential criminal.

6. The ATF “Fast and Furious” scheme: Allowed weapons from the U.S. to “walk” across the border into the hands of Mexican drug dealers. The ATF lost track of hundreds of firearms, many of which were used in crimes, including the December 2010 killing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

7. Potential Holder Perjury II: Holder told Congress in May 2011 that he had just recently heard about the Fast and Furious gun walking scheme when there is evidence he may have known much earlier.

8. Sebelius demands payment: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for ObamaCare.

9. The Pigford scandal: An Agriculture Department effort that started as an attempt to compensate black farmers who had been discriminated against by the agency but evolved into a gravy train delivering several billion dollars in cash to thousands of additional minority and female farmers who probably didn’t face discrimination.

10. GSA gone wild: The General Services Administration in 2010 held an $823,000 training conference in Las Vegas, featuring a clown and a mind readers. Resulted in the resignation of the GSA administrator.

11. Veterans Affairs in Disney World: The agency wasted more than $6 million on two conferences in Orlando. An assistant secretary was fired.

12. Sebelius violates the Hatch Act: A U.S. special counsel determined that Sebelius violated the Hatch Act when she made “extemporaneous partisan remarks” during a speech in her official capacity last year. During the remarks, Sebelius called for the election of the Democratic candidate for governor of North Carolina.

13. Solyndra: Republicans charged the Obama administration funded and promoted its poster boy for green energy despite warning signs the company was headed for bankruptcy. The administration also allegedly pressed Solyndra to delay layoff announcements until after the 2010 midterm elections.

14. AKA Lisa Jackson: Former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson used the name “Richard Windsor” when corresponding by email with other government officials, drawing charges she was trying to evade scrutiny.

15. The New Black Panthers: The Justice Department was accused of using a racial double standard in failing to pursue a voter intimidation case against Black Panthers who appeared to be menacing voters at a polling place in 2008 in Philadelphia.

16. Waging war all by myself: Obama may have violated the Constitution and both the letter and the spirit of the War Powers Resolution by attacking Libya without Congressional approval.

17. Biden bullies the press: Vice President Biden’s office has repeatedly interfered with coverage, including forcing a reporter to wait in a closet, making a reporter delete photos, and editing pool reports.

18. AKPD not A-OK: The administration paid millions to the former firm of then-White House adviser David Axelrod, AKPD Message and Media, to promote passage of Obamacare. Some questioned whether the firm was hired to help pay Axelrod $2 million AKPD owed him.

19. Sestak, we’ll take care of you: Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel used Bill Clinton as an intermediary to probe whether former Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) would accept a prominent, unpaid White House advisory position in exchange for dropping out of the 2010 primary against former Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.).

20. I’ll pass my own laws: Obama has repeatedly been accused of making end runs around Congress by deciding which laws to enforce, including the decision not to deport illegal immigrants who may have been allowed to stay in the United States had Congress passed the “Dream Act.”

21. The hacking of Sharyl Attkisson’s computer: It’s not clear who hacked the CBS reporter’s computer as she investigated the Benghazi scandal, but the Obama administration and its allies had both the motive and the means to do it.

22. An American Political Prisoner: The sudden decision to arrest Nakoula Basseley Nakoula on unrelated charges after protests in the Arab world over his anti-Muslim video is an extraordinarily suspicious coincidence. “We’re going to go out and we’re going to prosecute the person that made that video,” Hillary Clinton allegedly told the father of one of the ex-SEALs killed in Banghazi.

23. Get rid of inconvenient IGs: Corporation for National and Community Service Inspector General Gerald Walpin was fired in 2009 as he fought wasteful spending and investigated a friend of Obama’s, Sacramento Mayor and former NBA player Kevin Johnson. The White House says Walpin was incompetent.

24. Influence peddling: An investigation is underway of Alejandro Mayorkas, director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, who has been nominated by Obama for the number two post at the Department of Homeland Security. Mayorkas may have used his position to unfairly obtain U.S. visas for foreign investors in company run by Hillary Clinton’s brother, Anthony Rodham.

25: Secretary of State: PRIVATE EMAIL SERVER... TOP SECRET EMAILS.

One of the common broad brush attributes of people who self identify as coservatives is discomfort with issues and situations that are NOT black and white.

This is a good example of the expression of that tendency.

You've decided that abortion is wrong in any form, and the only problem is that there are other people in the world

Your rationalizing of all this is quite amusing, actually.

You broke the law the last time you stopped at a stop sign, or opened your wife's mail.

You're not amused. In order to embrace the hysterical argument you do about abortion....you've got some baggage eating away at you, that prevents you from being capable of laughing or being amused, unless your opponents are hurt by something. In it's most malignant form, your opinion causes abortion clinic bombings.

Welcome to the mindset of an extremist

We can create all bad situations all day. See a fat person and say

Nice attempt at rationalizing, but tue quo que is not a valid argument, and hasn't been since Nuremberg.

I actually don't see a valid reason to regulate abortion before viability, however I don't see a right to it, so if Alabama wants to outlaw it, so be it. Also, I refuse to accept the fact that abortion is somehow morally right. When used for non therapeutic reasons it is vulgar and something to be ashamed of. That being said my libertarian side doesn't see a reason for government to regulate it absolutely.

I think cloaking what is fundamentally a religious view, behind the rights of states, to make it look less like religion in legislation...is vulgar, and you should be ashamed for your involvement.

Viability wasn't the primary concern within the majority of opinions considered in Roe V Wade. It's about wether or not a fetus has a cerebral cortex

Religion isn't the reason for some people's opposition to elective abortion.

Secular Pro-Life - Wikipedia the free encyclopedia

And religious views are not banned in our government, its recognizing a religion and forcing other to participate in said religion that is banned.

Viability has always been the measuring stick, the issue has become that we have gotten better and better and saving pre-mature infants.

It would be akin to investigating the death camps in Nazi Germany.

And, of course, for which Hitler had no knowledge about either.

My only requirement is that PP stops receiving government monies.

ALL current taxpayer funding to PP needs to stop, 100%...

They are free to continue their house of horrors because what they are doing with regard to abortions is legal.....

But those who intentionally target mothers with information regarding tissue donations should be jailed for no less than 10 years.
