Second they would be up in arms over the bailout/stimulus. When Bush crashed the economy they were up in arms over the $800 billion stimulus package. This is almost 3x the size of that and they are more than happy with it, probably wanting more stimulus and bailouts.

Trumpers know the stimulus is the only chance Trump has at re-election and they will do whatever it takes. Trump is happy because he gets to do the only thing he has dome since taking office, throw borrowed money at the economy and act like it is great (2.3% GDP growth is not great)
