I've seen far more "spiritual blindness" among those who claim to be Christians, and who then espouse beliefs that are the anthithesis of "Love one another as I have loved you", or "Blessed are the poor for they shall inherit the earth", or even "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Love one another is Jesus' commandment to his followers. He eschewed politics and wealth. Hardly Republican values at all, and certainly not the values of the evangelical Christian right which is all about forcing their brand of Christianity upon the rest of the nation, all the while claiming they are under attack.

The term "poor" is subjective. This world has a population of 20 of the richest people in the world. 20 of the poorest people in the world are likely not on any list. Why? Who is rich and who is poor? It depends on what you are talking about. Spiritual wealth (eternal life) may be found in the top cat's list as well as the unlisted impoverished in the world. In Christian spiritual matters, justice is blind to race, creed, clan, skin color, financial status, hair color, legality, criminality, intelligence quotient, et al. It centers on belief in the Lord, and it is not a trick question, it is a yes or no question: Yes, I believe in the salvation through Jesus Christ. OR No, I do not believe that Christ is the answer to the salvation of man.
And the simple matter of fact, it is up to God to determine who is sincere, not us.

Well, no. The reason I see no evidence of atheism doing any of those things is because - so far - no such evidence has been presented. I strongly suspect that is because I am just supposed to accept it on faith, and I don't. But I do firmly believe in freedom and you are certainly free to think whatever makes you happy.

I know it appears that way but most atheist never tell anybody they are an atheist. Nobody in my social life knows I am an atheist. You will never see those types of atheist on youtube.

You are referring to anti theist. These are people that think the belief in God is destructive philosophy or at least limiting the progress of the individual and society. I consider myself somewhat of an anti theist. I think atheist make better Christians than believers. I know that might seem like an oxymoron. I just think the Christian community needs thinkers for the 21st and 22nd centuries. Giving a member of the younger generation an evil eye isn't enough to keep them from leaving the faith anymore. You have to convince them to stay. You can do that if you know nothing.
