I never agreed with the trespassers. But of course, to give somebody four years in jail, or even two years for simply entering, a building illegally is cruel and unusual punishment my friend. For you understand that there were riders on January 6 who assaulted cops, and then there were people who were able to get into the building peacefully and simply walked in there without assaulting any cops. You and MarcATL can understand these differences.

And I said the same thing about people who took part in the BLM riots, but who simply entered a building illegally. That happened in a number of cases like with the Minnesota police building getting burned down.

Of course There’s a big difference between the BLM riots and the January 6 riot. There was flagburning at the BLM riots. Whereas people were proudly caring American flags on January 6. People were wrong to go into the capitol building illegally, but if they simply entered the building illegally give them a week or two in jail. If somebody punched a police officer, give them more time.

Itt, there’s one thing to look at in that is the fax. Derek Chauvin was innocent. Now you’re also talking about a different topic.

Now that things have cooled down. We all know that George Floyd died from a drug overdose while resisting arrest. He was then given a state funeral effectively by a Republican governor Greg Abbott.

I mean, you would think that Officer Chauvin randomly pulled a black man off the streets threw him in a pick up truck and Lynched the guy. Oh no, but it wasn’t anything like that, but that’s how the media portrays it.

to this very day officer Chauvin languishes in jail. It is an atrocity. It is a miscarriage of justice. He was literally following the police code of conduct. He was following his training. Correct, one was series of race riots like we've seen repeatedly in our history. Most all were met by LEO's in riot gear. The other was the first time that there was violent opposition to the transfer of power and an assault on our legislators led by the loser of a presidential election.
