Nowhere in the Bill of Rights are these rights denied to anyone, citizen, tourist or otherwise. The fact is our government has violated the Bill of Rights since GWB was POTUS.

Read the second sentence of the 14th A. which begins, "No state shall deny any person..." Trump has attempted to have CA and other border states in the complicit violation of this section of the 14th A.
