What are we supposed to be outraged about?

No one cares about who has the most cases of anything. Deaths or serious injury are all that matters. And only if they are in large enough numbers that actually represent a statistical risk.

Monkeypox has not killed anyone here. It is in numbers that do not represent even a statistical blip. It can be almost 100 percent controlled by individuals with ZERO outside influence. You do not need an inoculation and could instead prevent it by not having gay sex with complete strangers.

How about we do this, name ONE thing that monkeypox shares with COVID. ONE

And then tell us WHY it is comparable to COVID in terms of response.


Being for or against the asinine actions of the government under COVID has no relation whatsoever to the current response to monkeypox and whatever position you take on COVID has absolutely no relation to whatever you think should happen here.
