Right off the top? Free speech zones on college campuses. All other areas are restricted.

Don't be stupider than you have to be. Those are areas set aside for the specific purpose of political protesting. That way people of whatever political persuasion can have their rallies or marches or whatever and education can still go on uninterrupted. They provide free speech, they don't restrict it.
