All this time, I assume that either Bill or Hillary Clinton would sue if they were falsely accused.
Unfortunately, because of the inability to sue due to legal complications,
we run into the same problem with why rape victims don't press charges.

I looked up why doesn't Clinton sue for defamation or false accusations.
