Hopefully, the next President will care more about filling these positions with people who are actually qualified by ability for them.

I keep being reminded of when newly-elected President Bill Clinton promised to have “a cabinet that looks like America”, and then hired the worst assortment of kooks, crazies, crooks, and incompetents that he could find. Joe Biden's one great achievement, so far, has been to far outdo Clinton in this respect. Makes you wonder if Clinton had Biden-level freaks available to choose from, and even he knew that that was going too far.

Considering the fact that they've screwed everything up so much....bragging about their diversity is pretty deadly for prospects of it being in place in the future.

I'm not at all opposed to “diversity”. Just that it should never, ever be used as a primary criterion for hiring. Hiring needs to be done on the basis of how qualified a candidate is for the position, not on the basis of race, sex, sexual deviancies, or anything else that doesn't relate to the job at hand.

Biden has given us a very clear demonstration of the utter folly of using “diversity” as a hiring criterion, with complete disregard for qualification. And then there's Sam Brinton, who not only was an unqualified freak, but who, it turns out, had some serious ethical issues that Biden ought to have known about before he was even hired, that turned out to make him completely unsuitable for any position of such power and responsibility.
