Chinese hackers gained access to some of the top weapons systems in the United States military, especially those that project American power in the Pacific, according to a Pentagon report prepared by a Defense Department advisory council, a topic that President Obama’s spokesman said would be discussed at his next meeting with Chinese leaders.

We are already initiating cyberattacks against China, and plenty of other countries. That is why nothing will be done by the Obama administration. China gets caught spying and says "Oops, it won't happen again." America gets caught spying and says "Oops, it won't happen again." It's a joke anymore.
