Watch. Within a couple of weeks all the signs with 'Wendy' on it will be removed and the CEO of Wendy's will be on his knees in front of BLM pleading to be forgiven his 'white privilege'.
That will be the end of Wendy's as a business.

It'[s illegal to build commercial buildings on Federal land ... especially Federal land set aside for environmental preservation ... plus BLM regularly burns things down ... it's called a "proscribed burn" and is intended to keep the fire hazards down while still maintaining the natural balance ...

We can blame Congress ... I agree these lands under BLM control need a better management plan, and there's plenty of room for commercial development without compromising the environmental mandate ... but these issues are more than rancher vs. grouse ... we have mining interests, feral horse interests, timber, aboriginal cultural interests ... we can blame Congress, but make no mistake that it's an exceptional complicated problem and everyone will hate the solution ... just a matter of making everyone hate it equally ...

Until then ... yeah, BLM is required to keep Wendy's and the like out ... and burning is part of the natural cycle ...
