I think it is Trump's authoritarian leanings that makes him seem like Hitler. He admires Putin and trusts him more than he does Americans. He is also very much a nationalist like Hitler with his "America First" slogan reminiscent of 'Deutschland über Alles".

As for the 'against women', he is on record saying he can grab their privates, has over a dozen sexual harassment complaints against him and was found guilty in a court of law of sexual assault.

I don't know of any anti-Semitic remarks he has ever made so nothing like Hitler on that score.
