The bailout made me think about how much the democratic party lies about hating corporations. I really thought that the democratic party would have saw this as an opportunity to stick it to the man like they want to but, instead, they gave them more money. That money could have easily have gone to some poor person or to the workers themselves. I would have been OK with just writing checks to the unemployed auto workers but Obama gave it to the CEOs.
I started to realize that if you think the economy has to be managed and is managed then you are forced to realize that big rich people who own important industries have to be saved. That is why we have the bailout. By the way, Bush started it but Obama continued it so if Bush and the republicans only care about the rich then why did Obama and the democrats continue the same policy?
