Well let's take the facts into consideration then.
A) They were at his home office
B) They didn't get there by fucking Osmosis, somebody sent them there
C) He was president and privy to presidential documents
D) The president is the ultimate arbiter of what is classified or not.
E) You are a TDS deranged moron, seek help

You're a fucking idiot. Who the hell do you think you are to say the president's work is not his own? Go jump off a bridge and do the world a favor.
Hey idiot those documents belong to different departments. What he reviews is relevant to a specific department that helped CREATE the document.

It's still well within the purview of his job to have those papers in his possession, forever if he wants to. President is the ultimate arbiter of what's classified or not. Something your pinheaded ass seems to wanna deny when that's not how it is.
I'll put it to you this way, fucktard: What in the realm of government documents is the president not privy to?

The answer=Not a damn thing, you fucking goombah!

Do you notice how you are basing that off something Trump said and NOTHING that’s written into law?

Oh, it's been tried and true over the years with court precedents, dumbass.

Like this:

and this:
"Armstrong I, 924 F.2d at 290–91. The court deferred to the legislature’s balancing of two competing policy goals: on one hand, the “public ownership of presidential records and ensur[ing] the preservation of presidential records for public access after the termination of a President’s term in office;” and on the other hand, “minimiz[ing] outside interference with day-to-day-operations of the President and his closest advisors and [] ensur[ing] executive branch control over presidential records during the President’s term in office.” Id. at 290. Thus, the PRA requires the President to “maintain records documenting the policies, activities, and decisions of his administration,” but “leav[es] the implementation of such a requirement in the President’s hands.”"

Hey idiot presidential records does not mean anything he gets his hands on that belongs to other departments. More importantly it doesn’t say he is allowed to personally keep those records AFTER he is done being president. You did notice that right? It doesn’t say that lol

But there is no evidence whatsoever he actually declassified them you idiot. Him having the power does not mean there isn’t a specific process with paperwork. He’s lying to you you dumbass lol. He didn’t declassify shit. Hell his lawyers aren’t even making a case that he did. They know if they did, they would need to provide evidence. Evidence that doesn’t exist.

And classified or not, he didn’t have the legal authority to STEAL those documents.
THAT'S the best you've got? WOW, you are some kind of desperate!

Dumb fuck neither was jan 6 but attacking any federal building covers the same penality.
If you consider Jan 6 an insurrection so was all the riots that attacked federal buildings.

Dumbfuck, you called the BLM riots, "insurrection." Now you're calling yourself an idiot, refuting yourself.
