Why do poor communities exist in America?

Only if you ignore the law. Employment is at the will of either party. For-cause criteria is an abridgement to at-will employment and repugnant to the equal protection clause, as well as an abridgement of employment at the will of either party.

Now you are arguing against UC completely? First it was an issue that not everyone got it. Now it is either UC with no limits of any kind, or no UC? I can tell you which it will end up being.

That which bears true witness to the law? Otherwise, why be hypocrites toward less fortunate "illegals".

Which does address anything we have discussed.

Let's clarify. Are you saying that there can be no "criteria" or limits to UC? Are you saying that your primary argument has not been that some people got UC and others did not?

Of course it does. Only right-wingers prefer the immorality of false witness bearing to any "gospel Truth".

What I have been saying the whole time, is that for-cause criteria are extra-Constitutional in any at-will employment State. It really is that simple.

And my plan removes any for-cause penalties. Anyone can draw UC.

No problem. My plan pays UC to anyone who is unemployed. And doesn't need to revamp the entire system.

You draw $450 a week for 26 weeks. All good.
That is socialism on a nation-State basis and it does not bear true witness to existing at-will employment law:

An employment, having no specified term, may be terminated at the will of either party on notice to the other.

I make a motion for our California Governor to fix this problem by executive order to faithfully execute existing at-will employment law. Solving that problem could help him for write-in purposes at the ballot box and hopefully end right-wing frivolity for political purposes.

No, this is a program designed and implemented to assist workers between job.

If he followed my plan, every person who is without a job can get UC for 26 weeks.

You have to change California employment laws to express for-cause employment not at-will employment.

For-cause employment law only covers people who are fired for cause.

My plan pays them UC for 26 weeks. After that, if they want money, they have to find another job. And getting fired for cause might make that more difficult.

It means you are hiring for Cause not at-will. Contractual obligations are expressed and agreed to by the parties involved, not the State.
